They insulate very well. However, I recommend inserting it and turning it half a turn and pushing it in while attaching the ring; that's how the original ones are put on. I also like how they are presented and the quality they have. Additionally, the case is perfect and comes with a rubber strap that feels great to the touch. I've also tried them for sleeping and they are very comfortable and provide good insulation. I definitely recommend them.

I've tried other cheaper earplugs in the past but nothing works, it's like having a headphone on, but these, wow, these are something else. I swear it's like having the sound reduction of my AirPods Pro 2, they are phenomenal. Even if I had to pay $25 for them, I would still be satisfied. I highly recommend them.
